  • Custom orders may require advance payment and specific terms based on the scope of work.

4. Payments

  • Payment terms will be shared based on the nature and value of the project.

  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, and other modes as communicated.

  • All invoices must be settled as per the agreed timeline to avoid delivery delays.

5. Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery timelines will be estimated during order confirmation and may vary due to location or order size.

  • We ensure proper packaging, shipping, and (if applicable) on-site installation as per our delivery agreement.

  • Delays caused by third-party logistics or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.

6. Cancellations & Returns

  • Custom-made or bulk orders cannot be canceled once manufacturing has begun.

  • Return or exchange is only applicable in case of manufacturing defects, which must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • No returns will be accepted for used, damaged, or assembled furniture unless clearly reported with proof of damage on arrival.

7. Warranty & Liability

  • Warranty (if applicable) will be mentioned at the time of purchase. It usually covers manufacturing defects, not physical damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

  • The Class Furniture is not liable for any indirect damages or losses resulting from product use.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, and branding used on this website are the property of The Class Furniture.

  • You may not copy, reuse, or reproduce any content without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
